Hi I'm Jeff! Our family (Jeff, me, our son) live in Freeport, Maine. We own and operate ProActive Properties and have been hosting guests in some of our favorite travel destinations since 2014. Jeff also owns an international travel company, ActivSport Travel, and I have extensive experience in education as a high school math teacher and leading international educational tours. Our passions lay in soccer, skiing, traveling the world, and being outdoors.
We hope you will enjoy your time at our home as much as we do and that you will create memories that last a lifetime!

The classic New England village of Bethel offers all of the tourism amenities of a quality 4 season mountain town with shops, grocery stores, farm to table restaurants, bars, and more. Our condo is only minutes away from Carter's Cross Country Ski center; one of Maine's best! Finally, you will love the proximity to Sunday River Resort's 8 interconnected ski mountains boasting 135 trails over 870 skiable acres. Summer is amazing here! Enjoy the some of the best hiking in New England at nearby Grafton Notch State Park and White Mountain National Forest! Sunday River Golf Club is one of the top courses in Maine and the ski lifts run for hikers and mountain bikers to enjoy Sunday River's scenic and exciting trails!
