A fantastic new construction three bedroom, two bath home with two car garage in a quiet neighborhood in Port Charlotte. Fully furnished with all possible amenities including: nice furniture, two car garage, washer, dryer, dishwasher, grill, outdoor area, large closets, television, WIFI, central air, dishes, towels, sheets, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, etc... We have furnished our Florida home to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
House Rules
This property uses a smart termostat to mantain a comfortable envirolment. Guests are welcome to lower the temperature to no less then 72F.
Hot Tub\Swim Spa rules.
- Shower with soap and water before you come in.
- Do not use soaps or oils in Spa.
- No Jumping or diving.
- Do not bring glass in or near Spa.
- Spa cover must be replaced after each use.
- Do not seat or lie down on cover.
- Turn off high jets after each use.
- Children MUST be superviced by an adult.
- Do not add any chemicals.
