The company was established in 2014 with the sole purpose of welcoming guests and travelers to experience Fort Lauderdale. Our company is owner operated and we hope to give you a chance to stay in an affordale and functional home in sunny South Florida. We manage several houses/apartments/townhomes in the same neighborhood to ensure we are always nearby and available for our guests. In addition to the owners, we have several support staff including a guest relations manager, maintenance manager and speciality technicians who can be called to help if there is ever any problems. Although communication is always available , we prefer a hands off method and provide self check in and support through messaging so you never even have to call if you dont want to.

Escape to our charming quaint apartment building on the river canal in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Choose between spacious 2 bedroom apartments or fully equipped studio apartments. This small two story apartment building has a total of 6 units. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet residential street. You are a 5 min drive away to all downtown Fort Lauderdale and 10-15 minutes from the beach. It’s located on the water of Fort Lauderdale’s New River and you may relax in the shared patio in back of house to view the water. Their are 4 boats that dock up to back of house and they are lived in as well. The property is WiFi enabled and features a free dedicated parking spot. The washer and dryer are located in a shared laundry room and are coin operated.

The nieghborhood of "Sailboat Bend" is a historic neighborhood and one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.This quaint and charming neighborhood is known for its rich history, unique architecture, and vibrant community. Sailboat Bend is situated along the New River, which flows through the heart of Fort Lauderdale all the way out to the ocean, and is therefore an avid boating/sailing neighborhood. It is located just west of downtown Fort Lauderdale, making it a convenient and desirable location that offers a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.Conveniently located close to major highway (I-95) means the airport and neighboring cities are as short distance away. There are also several parks nearby, including Sailboat Bend Preserve (walking distance), which offers scenic nature trails and recreational opportunities.
