At home, take in views of the creek from the private deck or head down to the wood-burning firepit for a creekside campfire. A gas grill is even equipped if you feel like a country-style cookout. Inside, the fireplace insert adds a touch of toasty ambiance to family gatherings in the living room, with comfortable seating, board games, and a smart TV furnished for casual downtime entertainment. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
