Property information

This colorful & charming little 2 bed, 1 bath Boise Bench home is special! The December 2021 remodel successfully merged midcentury charm with 21st century comfort & function. The home is close to restaurants, cafes, entertainment, the 181 freeway and is just 10 min to the airport. You'll love the peaceful neighborhood & desert landscape. A large smart TV preloaded with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ & blazing fast wifi is included! The spaces are tastefully designed, furnished and decorated for maximum relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen has all new appliances & is fully stocked with utensils & spices. The new beds/linens are high quality. You have also private access to both a washer and dryer just off the kitchen. Note: While this main level apartment is completely private to you, a long term tenant lives in the downstairs apartment and the back yard is shared with both homes.
