This darling home with partial mountain views sits in a peaceful neighborhood, four minutes (1.5 miles) from Downtown State St or Uptown. Bike or walk to Hendry's Beach, Elings Park or the Douglas Family Preserve along the Las Positas bike path. With two spacious bedrooms and two baths (one en-suite), a party of 1-6 will be entirely comfortable. Both bathrooms and kitchen are recently remodeled (Aug 2023) creating a comfortable and peaceful space for work, relaxing or entertaining friends.
