Here's what you can expect: The max. number of guests that are allowed to stay, is the number of guests who have been paid for booking. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. For unauthorized occupants and or pets we will charge USD 45.00 /night for any additional guest or pet. If your travel itinerary is such that you need early check-in or late check-out, let us know and we will try to accommodate. Primary renter must be 27 or over and must be staying in the vacation home during reservation period. Hurricane season information: during severe storms or major hurricanes we try to do everything for your security. Before and after storms/hurricanes a handyman coming to check the property, building and install hurricane panels on all windows and doors. Most of the windows we secure with durable hurricane panels. We would like to point it out, according to Florida's law, guests are in case of danger obliged to grant access to the house.
