The apartment has been newly renovated with granite counter-tops, new cute apartment size stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen and dedicated full size washer and dryer. This 1-bedroom has an en-suite bathroom & closet, featuring a private deck off the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and dedicated washer & dryer. The apartment is private with a separate entrance and no shared space with the residence. Apartment owners are living upstairs, available to respond to any questions or concerns.
Host and wife are semi-retired, traveling frequently abroad, to visit family in Canada, or into the wilderness for peace, rejuvenation & beauty.
The apartment is located in Gate 1, amidst the golf course, and surrounded by tall fir trees. Beautiful Lake Whatcom, bus-stop & shopping area are a 5-minute walk, and Mt Baker a 65-m drive.
