During warmer months, explore hiking trails and riverside scenery. Golfers will appreciate being three miles from the Granby Ranch Golf Course. Just five miles away, the heart of Granby is home to local shops and restaurants. Drive 16 miles to Fraser to go fishing on the river. Anchored by a gas fireplace with stone surround, the living area has an inviting lodge-like appeal. Relax on the sleeper sofa and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The second living area is outfitted with a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa. Prepare hearty mountain meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. In the morning, sip coffee at the kitchen bar. The dining area is perfect for greater company and conversation. This two-story home sleeps 11 guests between three bedrooms and two full-size sleeper sofas (one in each living area). The primary suite features a king bed, a laptop-friendly desk, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hall. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed and a TV. You’ll find a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin-size trundle in the third bedroom. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
