Kay takes the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed, so do not plan to visit with Kay in person during your stay (unless there is an issue that needs to be addressed) - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Inside you'll have a stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for all (even a recliner loveseat), attached sunroom off the master bedroom with a seating area, an indoor/outdoor seating area of the kitchen, a large garage & a driveway for the boat **Cleaning fee of 165 is charged separately**

Quiet street - backyard backs up to the desert - great spot for those that want to take their UTV on the dirt paths, Bikes, or hike! Car or Uber is best, be safe!
