This 3,700-square-foot property includes a main house and a one-bedroom casita, as well as a gorgeously landscaped backyard with a private pool with tanning shelves, a spillover spa, a built-in grill, and two outdoor fireplaces. You'll entertain easily in the sunlit living space, two dining areas, and a well-appointed kitchen with a walk-in pantry, double ovens, and stainless steel appliances. One of the guest bedrooms has a Sega Genesis system. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm. The utility deposit is 1 dollars,500 for 28 nights, with 375 dollars added for each additional week the guest stays.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
