We the hosts live on the same floor but you will have your own private space. The room has its own entrance, so you can come and go as you please without disturbing anyone. It’s a comfortable, quiet space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. **There are security cameras facing the front/back entryway and backyard with real-time recording for the safety and security of our guests.

Our unit is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This peaceful and serene setting provides a relaxing retreat for your stay. Book your stay with us and experience the best of both worlds in our charming neighborhood. **House Rules** ★ We are delighted to have you here and we hope you have a wonderful stay. ★ We ask all adult guests to provide government-issued IDs upon check-in per Booking-com rules. ★ Absolute NO parties are allowed. Violator will report to Booking-com with no refund ★ No smoking or pets inside the house, violator will be fine an addition cleaning fee. Please take off shoes when entering the unit. ★ Only registered Booking-com guest can be allow into the unit. Unauthorized guests will not be allow to stay. ★ Please note that we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, internet service disruptions, variations in internet speed, difficulties in finding street parking, or incidents occurring outside of the apartment. ★ Quiet hours 10pm-8am. The 1st floor unit also has rental guests, please be mindful of noise. ★ Please note that our house is located next to an elementary school. During the lunch hours, typically around 11:30 am to 1 pm, you may experience some noise as the children come out to play. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when considering our space.
