Incredible estate home. The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, two dining rooms, and two family rooms. Three Cal-King bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathroom. Two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds with a shared hallway bathroom. The bathrooms are custom designed with marble countertops, raised paneled cabinetry, and travertine/marble tile inlays in the showers. All bedrooms have upgraded carpet and travertine and hardwoods throughout common areas. Large, open-concept kitchen with dining and family room. A spacious kitchen provides plenty of space for prepping and cooking on granite countertops. Upgraded custom cabinetry with travertine tile backsplash and flooring. Stainless steel appliances (stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Full-size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen. Sectionals have a sleeper sofa bed. The game room is located in the garage with Stiga Table Tennis and Billiards. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for your infant's and toddler's use. The backyard has an amazing rock pool with an in-ground jacuzzi. Grass area for kids to run around, along with outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, two patio sets, and additional chairs. Every room has 47'+ LCD TVs. The home has central air & heat. Private gated entry. This house SLEEPS 16 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Minimum Stay 3 Nights Maximum Cars 5 in our driveway No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code you must be inside during this time. These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY.
