**A new and improved pool house is scheduled to be (re)built between Feb. 2025 through June 2025. The pool will be closed until the end of March, including the existing restrooms and gate entrance off of the parking lot, which will be closed until the project's completion. Please be sure to exercise caution when walking near fenced-off construction areas. The project will feature the construction of a covered porch and two restrooms in compliance with ADA standards for guests to enjoy for the foreseeable future!**

Dolphin Point on Holiday Isle is a quiet, low-rise condominium complex of three buildings offering three different, gorgeous views. Enjoy the condominium pool, tennis court, and laundry facilities at the end of each hall by the elevators. Located next to the Destin Harbor, this condominium is a wonderful getaway for boat enthusiasts and beach lovers alike with amazing views of boats going into and out of the harbor plus a short walk to the sugar white beach. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
