Property information

Beautiful bright daylight basement apartments in the elegant Laurelhurst historic James Dougan home. Built in 1922, recently remodeled in 2022. Kitchenette, living room, queen bed + twin daybed... Walking distance to Hawthorne, Belmont, Burnside, hundreds of restaurants and shops. 10 mins to Downtown. 15 mins to Airport. "Absolutely recommend this place! One of my favorite places I've stayed, quiet and; clean, great location, and the host is so sweet!" Please note: we have two rooms and only one is pet friendly (Suite 1, Blue Room is pet friendly).

Neighbourhood information

Stunning old Portland Laurelhurst neighborhood. Only a few minutes from everything Portland has to offer. Two blocks from Laurelhurst Park. Huge tree-lined streets and old unique beautiful homes.
