All the best amenities are within a 5 minute walk. Including downtown shopping and entertainment district, city beach, marina, Festival at Sandpoint, bars, breweries and more. Sandpoint is best to enjoy by bike. You can't rent bikes at the Outdoor Experience on 1st Ave if you need. Walk 2 blocks down Pine St. to Action Watersports and rent whatever you need to explore one of the largest lakes in North America. You can launch right out their back door.
