Awesome updated loft apartment with exposed brick and original wood floors. Queen Size Bed with plush down comforter, extra plush pillows. Large open kitchen for cooking & coffee service. Comfy living room furniture with a sofa sleeper and large TV for relaxing. Downtown Perryville, MO **DISCLAIMER** you will hear restaurant chatter & music if you do not have a tv/or radio playing between the hours of 10:30am & 1:30am. If you go to bed early I recommend headphones or ear plugs . This is a NOT a pet friendly loft due to allergens. This Urban Loft is located above one of the most popular destination restaurant's around Mary Jane Burgers & Brew & Jackson Street BrewCo on the Downtown Historic Square I love to meet my guests! I'm usually working downstairs at my restaurant Mary Jane Burgers & Brew or my Brewery Jackson Street BrewCo, so come visit!

Downtown Perryville is always bustling with community events the first Saturday of every month April through October like Cruise In, Home Brew Block Party, Rocktoberfest, Bikers on the Square & more! Lots of restaurants, bars & shopping all in walking distance It's easy to get around by foot, car or bike! Minimal traffic & easy parking.
