We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we undertake these necessary improvements. Enjoy a partial view of the ocean and a wide view of the shared pool from your balcony. It's just the beginning of your stay at this fabulous condo, all set up with amenities to help your stay go smoothly and offering a great location steps from the beach. In addition to a pool, you can also enjoy access to a hot tub, sauna, charcoal grill, and tennis and pickleball courts during your stay. When you return at the end of your day of adventure, central air-conditioning will be there to greet you when you walk through the door. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and a breakfast bar for casual meals. There are also many high-end restaurants over near Rosemary Beach, just five and a half miles down the road if dining out on vacation is your passion. Younger guests can enjoy relaxing on the built-in bunk beds, while guests of the main bedroom can enjoy a private deck entrance and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a soaking tub. Set your towels and swimsuits to go in the private washer/dryer, and settle into the plushly furnished living room. Things to Know Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31. Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. No boats, trailers, motorcycles, buses, RVs, or jet skis. An electric vehicle charger is available for guest use.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
