Here between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you can rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy some live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brew pubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap as well. Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, such as Eastern Lake and Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park (part of the Great Florida Birding Trail), then ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
