The first level features a cathedral ceiling bunk room with plenty of space for your crew. Three rooms have deck access, perfect to make your way to our six-person hot tub at the end of a day at the beach! The second level boasts a wonderful wood-lined great room with exposed beams and stunning ocean views. The spacious dining and kitchen areas share a beautifully tiled floor and are well equipped for culinary adventures. Off the kitchen, a south-facing screened porch is a wonderful location for early morning breakfasts. An elegant wooden spiral staircase leads you to this home's third-level loft bedroom, where a private deck offers unprecedented views of the Atlantic. Expansive decks on all three levels capitalize on the house's oceanfront location and allow for plenty of time relaxing or entertaining outside. Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis while in season. You will receive an amenity pass during check-in to utilize the shared facility.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
