Duneshine is a true gem. This polished rental home was designed with relaxation in mind! At ground level, find ample concrete parking, an outdoor shower, a beachfront grilling station, and a boardwalk to the beach. The first level features a cathedral ceiling bunk room with plenty of space for your crew. Three rooms have deck access, perfect to make your way to our six-person hot tub at the end of a day at the beach! The second level boasts a wonderful wood-lined great room with exposed beams and stunning ocean views. The spacious dining and kitchen areas share a beautifully tiled floor and are well equipped for culinary adventures. Off the kitchen, a south-facing screened porch is a wonderful location for early morning breakfasts. An elegant wooden spiral staircase leads you to this home's third-level loft bedroom, where a private deck offers unprecedented views of the Atlantic. Expansive decks on all three levels capitalize on the house's oceanfront location and allow for plenty of time relaxing or entertaining outside. Things to Know Free WiFi and cable Full kitchen (without a dishwasher) *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis while in season. You will receive an amenity pass during check-in to utilize the shared facility.
