Charming Historic Guest Suite with Private Entrance & Patio — Steps from DT Boise This beautifully renovated historic suite offers a private entrance and cozy patio, nestled just steps from the iconic Boise Depot. Local legend has it this home once served as a donut shop for the Depot—now restored and surrounded by a dozen fruit trees, it's known by neighbors as "the Orchard." Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry room.
I live onsite; however, tend to take advantage of "working from home," so I may be as close as Long Beach or out of the country. If I am onsite, I allow the guest to lead as far as interaction is concerned. There can be as little or as much communication as requested. I am always available via phone. The guest suite is connected to the main house via a laundry room and indoor/outdoor space. If it becomes necessary to use the laundry room while a guest is staying, I will notify the guest in advance.
Earthy Pearl guest suite is located on the Boise Bench! It is an area at a higher elevation than Downtown, which allows you to overlook the city when standing in front of the Depot, next door. It is in a pedestrian and bike-friendly neighborhood, securing a walk score of 72 and bike score of 83. Within walking distance, you can see all the amenities and attractions that Boise has to offer. The guest suite is next door to the famous Boise Depot train station. While the train station is no longer active, and the Depot is now a museum, you may hear short trains during the weekday business hours.
