Luxurious, brand new 4,200 square foot home with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Perfect for hosting large families. Entertainment/game room basement. Located in a gated community adjacent to the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort. Enjoy being close to all the amenities the ranch has to offer while staying in a beautiful, private home. Minutes away from the East entrance of Zion National Park, as well as short drives to Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, and much more. The convenient East Mesa side trailheads offer some of the best Zion hiking experiences without the crowds of Springdale. Including Observation Point, Cable Mountain, and Deertrap Mountain trails as well as others.

The home has 4 bedrooms with King beds with private bathrooms with bidets and showers, and one bunkroom with two- twin over full bunks and separate bathroom with bidet and bathtub. Can accommodate up to 14 guests.
