Located on the Leelanau winery trail and only steps from the West Bay of Lake Michigan, this is the perfect location for wine connosieurs, wedding guests, or those wishing all that Traverse City has to offer. Open late May through late September. The Apartment features 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed, a sizely living room with a 60” high definition television and fireplace, a kitchenette, and a therapeutic outdoor hot tub. A beautiful second bathroom was just completed. An enclosed heated in-ground swimming pool is available even on rainy days. This accommodation is perfect for 4 adults, aged 25 years or older. We don’t welcome children under the age of 16 years old, or pets of any kind. We have 2 king beds, one in each bedroom, please note that there are no extra places to sleep outside of the bedrooms.
Owner was previously the owner of a tour company and can offer tips on places to see. He holds a chauffer license and could be available for pick up, drop off, or a delightful and safe winery tour.
Nestled on 11 acres of mature trees in the Nottingham Forest of the Leelanau Peninsula, only 4 miles from downtown Traverse City, this 2 king bedrooms walkout apartment in the lower level of a residence has a private entrance and features comfortable seclusion with luxurious amenities. 2 king bedrooms, a sizely living room with a 60” high definition television and fireplace, a kitchenette, a therapeutic outdoor hot tub, and year round enclosed heated in-ground pool are but a few of the many features of this unit. Located on the Leelanau winery trail, this is the perfect location for wine connosieurs, wedding guests, or vacationers. Available late May through late September. Mt Holiday and Crystal Mtn ski areas are also close by. West Bay of Lake Michigan and its beaches are a short drive away
