The backyard borders the county park with easy access to a variety of hiking trails and the Nature Center. The cozy interior offers classic rustic vibes with all wooded walls and a wood-burning brick fireplace for those cold nights and a flatscreen Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, and toaster oven. Other amenities include cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, high-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. For summer comfort, the home offers a mini-split A/C system in the living room and multiple portable fans THINGS TO KNOW Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties. This home has a septic system. There are streaming services available, but guests must log in with personal accounts.
