Only 10 minutes to Helen, 5 minutes to Anna Ruby Falls, & Unicoi State Park! Elkmont 21 Cabin is a great place to get away & enjoy being in the mountains! My place is great for couples, families, friends, and will sleep up to 6 guests using the sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeper sofa is best for young kids or teenagers). Please keep in mind that this is a cute and cozy 2 bed 1 bath 580 square foot cabin. Prior to booking, please make sure this cabin will suite all of your families needs. This rustic cabin resembles a tree house in the mountains! There are NEW beautiful year round mountain views while relaxing on the deck, in the hot tub, or sitting on the swing under the deck. Enjoy sitting by the gas fireplace in the living room on the cool nights or head outside and warm up around the fire pit! There is plenty of wildlife to be seen including bears, but no need to worry they are more scared of you than you are of them! Amenities: •Kitchen- refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker & fully stocked with most utensils and cookware you may need. There may be other cooking supplies like oil, sugar & and other seasoning that guests choose to leave for future guests. There is also a gas grill on the deck for cooking out. •Living Room- sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, smart TV with great WiFi, DVD player, coffee table with movies & games inside. There are hot tub towels in a basket by the front door. AC unit is also centrally located in the living room area. •Bedroom 1- queen size bed with nightstand, smart TV, a shelf for storage, hangers, sleeper sofa sheets, extra pillows & blankets. •Bedroom 2- queen size bed with nightstand, TV & Roku, shelf for storage, hangers, extra towels if needed. •Bathroom- bath towels, hand towel, washcloths, bath mat, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer.

My cohost and I are pretty much available by phone relatively early in the morning up until 9pm-10pm. We have taken the time to provide multiple layers of detailed self check-in instructions that will help you check-in seamlessly, because we might not always be available. Please thoroughly read through these instructions prior to your arrival to set yourself up for success :)

The cabin is located near several other vacation properties so please be respectful. There is Uber available but it can be challenging sometimes to find a driver. You can park several cars in the driveway if needed. Once you turn off the main road it is all maintained gravel roads heading up to the cabin. I usually stop by the Dollar General or Ingles to pick up groceries on my way into town. You will be washing your dishes by hand so keep that in mind on your last night there so you're not stuck washing a bunch of dishes the morning of check out.
