If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. 🔥 Grill Use: If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. The inviting living spaces include a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 3 comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/Smart TV Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a full on bottom, twin on top, plus an additional twin roll-out and Smart TV. The finished basement is made for fun, featuring a game room with a ping pong/air hockey table, a cozy couch with TV, and plenty of board games. Laundry is also available for guest use.
