Early check-in or late checkout may be available by an extra charge if the property schedule permits it. If you need to, please request Pack & Play or High Chair one day before your arrival. Our property provides parking space for up to two cars at no extra cost. Property Security Notice: For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with an exterior surveillance camera, strategically placed outside the front door.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking. To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.
