    “Everything!! The home was clean and had so much room. The kids loved the upstairs. They had plenty of room to play and sleep. The bathroom was amazing. Every room was decorated and looked so amazing. We loved it and will definitely use again!!”

Make lasting memories at this unique and family-friendly European-style home. Perfect for wedding groups, college groups, and family reunions. You will love the art and unique designer furniture. Four very accessible bathrooms to accommodate a large group. There is a Gaming Room designed for current and retro fun, a PS4, and a projector. Smart TVs in every room. 3 Large Bathrooms close to bedrooms, and the house is only 5 minutes from downtown Monroe or the UGA Stadium. Just 4-8 minutes from wedding events like Sparrow Grove, Cotton Warehouse, The Factory at Walton Mill, The Engine Room, Hidden Acres Wedding, Event Barn, and Towers at Snowsmill, to name a few. Catered dinners or outdoor BBQs are okay with special approval. Ask Host for more information.
I grew up on the West Coast, and I have had the opportunity to travel the world and reside in many beautiful garden places throughout the UK and the Netherlands. I bought my place in Monroe a few years ago. I have designed a familiar European Country setting that reflects my experiences. I love art, music, love, weddings, great food, and kind people. Monroe has all of this. Since I work in the City, I decided to share my home with Bridal Groups, Families, Sports Fans, and local college students. I enjoy hearing about their experience and when I am there working on my art I take a break from the city.
The neighborhood is quiet, with mostly farms, and is just 5 minutes away from the fun and action in downtown Monroe, as well as all the wedding events. Bridal parties, families attending weddings, and those hosting wedding party dinners have successfully achieved their plans on a budget, creating a beautiful experience. Wedding venues such as The Engine Room, The Factory at Walton Mill, 9 Oaks Farm, and The Sparrow Grove Manor are 2-10 minutes away for family attending weddings in the area. Football Fans and University of Georgia Graduates Can Enjoy the UGA Stadium and University events, all just 20 minutes away. Go Dawgs!
