This home is in the cool pines of Kachina Village, a rural "suburb" located off I-17, just 6 miles south of downtown Flagstaff. Near the National Forest Access and PumpHouse wash so you can walk out the front door and choose your next adventure!!! Hike a nice little 3/4mi flat loop or take hundreds of miles of trails all the way to Sedona without hitting civilization! Including an outdoor playground at the front of the neighborhood. Evergreen Chalet offers a relaxing experience but is just minutes away from all that Flagstaff has to offer. A short drive takes you to great restaurants, pubs, shopping and evening entertainment.
