I am local to the Destin area. I love to spend the day on a Kayak and fish. I chose this property because it is perfect for everyone who loves the water as much as I do. I do not use a large rental management company because I feel everyone should have a personalized experience for their vacation. I have just renovated the dock. Dock features: There are moorings for sailboats, and a boat lift that fits up to a 25-foot bay or gulf boat. There is a stairway into the water right outside of the home for swimming, lighting at mid-dock and end of the dock, green fishing lights on the dock for night fishing, Pole holders, benches to sit on, and a freshwater shower at the end of the dock with hot and cold water. WE PROVIDE: * Toiletries, paper towels, extra toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish detergent, hand soap, coffee pods and basic spices - (not just a starter pack with one of everything) * Full laundry room with a full size bottle of laundry detergent and fabric softener * 4 beach chairs, 8 beach towels * Extra pillows and blankets in all closets * Dog waste cleanup station with hand sanitizer and bags * Board games and Extra propane for the grill * High chair, baby gates, and Pack n Play are available upon request. * Air purification system has been installed in the home for a healthier vacation!

** Trey says "This place is amazing! Everything was great and our family had a wonderful time. If you have a boat, the convenience to EVERYWHERE is perfect. You do not have to go far to have nice meals on the water. The Wharf 850 was a nice restaurant with great food, drinks, and service. It was only 5 minutes by boat. My private dock features moorings for sailboats, a boat lift that fits up to a 25-foot bay or gulf boat, and a jet ski lift. There is a stairway into the water right outside of the home for swimming, lighting at mid-dock and end of the dock, 3 green fishing lights on the dock for night fishing, Pole holders, benches to sit on, a stair ladder at the end of the dock for swimming, and a freshwater shower at the end of the dock with hot and cold water. This is a quiet neighborhood right by the bay. It is convenient to Destin but also has everything you need nearby in Niceville. Walmart is a 5-7 minute drive from the home. Bait Shop is 4 minutes, Publix is 7 minutes, 3rd Planet Brewing is 5 minutes, Niceville Yacht Club is 6 minutes, Bluewater Bay Marina is 13 minutes, Oak Marina is 6 minutes.
