Beautiful and updated 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms vacation pool home in a gated community of Formosa Gardens. Large pool deck with mature trees and privacy. Close to restaurants, Formosa Gardens winery, shopping and theme parks especially Disney. Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees. There are surveillance cameras outside of the property. BBQ grill is an additional fee. The minimum age required is 18. Office hours from 9am to 10pm. Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability. NO landline phone is provided
