1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 8 excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. There is no garage for this property.
3. The property a few doors down is currently under construction. Some noise and nuisance is possible. Please inquire for details.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
