The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Private balcony, in-unit laundry, smart TV, resident lounge and game room, outdoor grilling area, fitness center, and conference room. __ PARKING: Free daytime parking throughout the neighborhood. Overnight street parking requires registering for a permit with the city which is free up to 3 nights or 20 USD for 4+ nights.
