SUMMARY: This Flexhome features direct access to the Fiserv Forum through an attached skywalk, making it the closest residence to the stadium. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, work desk, dining/work table, fitness center, rooftop patio and lounge, in-unit laundry, and smart TV with built-in Airplay __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage attached to the building. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. All requests are subject to availability. __ DISCOUNTS: Book directly on the Flexhome website to save up to 20%. __ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit. __ HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 100 USD fee for unreturned fob, 40 USD fee for unreturned parking pass.
