The living room sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. For deliveries, please note access to the package room is only provided to long-term guests (30+ day stays). We are not responsible for items delivered to the building. __ AMENITIES: 24-hour fitness center, private balcony, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and smart TV with Chromecast. __ PARKING: Free daytime parking on Mineral St and on Washington St. Overnight street parking requires registering for a permit with the city which is free up to 3 nights or 20 USD for 4+ nights. More details will be messaged to you. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee.
