Enjoy our beautiful lakeside, sunny, lovingly decorated 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo with a nice coastal Florida feel, located in Shorewalk Vacation Villas complex. You can almost feel the cool Ana Maria Island breeze sweep through our condo. Located 7 miles from the Gulf/AMI beaches & 2 miles from IMG Academy, also 20 min drive by car to the Sarasota airport WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE: Publix supermarket, Amped Fitness, Aldi Grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Golf course, restaurants and Regal Oakmont movie theater The space Once you step in you will find a A+ spacious 1,270 SqF (120 Sq m.) 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom corner unit sunny condo fully furnished and situated on the first floor with an amazing lakeview. Our lovely condo features one master bedroom with a King Size bed and a guest bedroom with two twin size beds, also in a living there is a sofa and nice TV area . 3 TV sets are provided connected with cable TV. Also there is 1 Master bathroom with closed shower and walking closet and a guest bathroom with a shower and tub. Next to the guest bedroom there is a space where an automatic brand new stackable washer/ drier is provided. The upgraded kitchen is provided with a nice dining space also new refrigerator, freezer and automatic ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher and it is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, glasses and plates need it to cook your own meals. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened lanai with table and chairs overlooking a peaceful pond with water fountain.
