Relax and retreat in this home perfectly located overlooking the city and coastal mountain range, located 10 minutes from Hayward Field in one direction and beautiful wineries in the other.
Spend your mornings with an espresso on the back deck under the tall firs and your evenings watching the beautiful sunsets over the city. Keep an eye out for the deer wandering through the yard and take a 5 minute walk to the hilltop field with its sky full of stars to finish a perfect day!
I will be available by text for any of your needs and will have a property manager on site in a separate dwelling so you will have no worries if you need anything
Tucked away in a tranquil hillside neighborhood, perfectly located with a beautiful secluded park a 5 minute walk away and the Ridgeline Trail, cafes, bakeries and two markets 5 minutes away by car. We are also very close to two locations with a number of local food trucks!
Private parking provided. Easy straightforward access to the main streets of Eugene, the University of Oregon, 5th Street Market and farmers markets
