Forever Red is a 3 bedroom (2 queen and 1 double), year round, ranch style house. It offers 75 feet of lake front on the north-west shore of Cayuga Lake. Come settle in for a great vacation! The cottage offers convenience whether you want to take advantage of fishing, boating and swimming from the back yard, enjoy beautiful sunrises and peaceful sunsets, or explore the Finger Lakes Region. We offer 2 Kayaks for use to explore Cayuga Lake. The living room, sunroom and master bedroom all have views of lake. The first floor includes all of the living space including the kitchen living room with a working stone fireplace, sunroom with floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake. Also on this floor is a master bedroom (with queen size platform bed and memory foam mattress), and a door that leads out to the deck overlooking lake. Two additional bedrooms (1 queen and 1 double size bed), one bathroom with tub/shower are also on the first floor. The basement includes a laundry area and paritally finished rec room with a walk out to the lower deck and lake. The lawn beside lake offers fire pit and grassy area. During the summer months the cottage is usually only rented weekly, Friday to Friday. Guests are required to sign a contract prior to their stay. There is a lodging tax that is included in the price listing.
