This offer for four bedrooms consists of TWO side by side IDENTICAL LAYOUT condos. Each has 2 Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms and each has a full kitchen.
We are advertising it as a FOUR BEDROOM to attract larger groups up to 10 adults - however it is IMPORTANT to state that this is actually TWO TWO BEDROOM CONDOS next to each other.
Front doors are side by side in an alcove.
To be clear - There is no inter leading door between the condos.
The condos are also rented individually. Therefore availability for four bedrooms is dependent on BOTH CONDOS being available for your dates.
In the Period from Xmas through April (end of the 3rd week of April) the minimum rental for either condo is four weeks.
