Welcome to Salt Lake City! We are Jim and Lisa Fluty. We are originally from Utica and Buffalo, NY respectfully. We met in college in NY and headed west. We have two sons, Nick and Michael. Our boys were born in different states, raised in Utah, schooled in New England. We have moved and traveled a lot so we know what a great guest experience should be and we strive to provide that to you.

Why chose to be our guest? World-class outdoor activities will be minutes from your front door; skiing, biking, hiking, to name a few. The weather is fabulous. We truly get 3 months of each season. Naturally, people associate skiing with Utah, but they are always surprised to learn that summers in SLC are HOT! We have weeks of 90-100 degree temp; because of this you will find the best family-friendly, outdoor pools, splash pads to cool off in. Not much of a pool person, that is ok! Head up the mountain or hike Timpanogos Cave where the temps will be cooler; the activities varied. Utah will surprise you with various things to do; enjoy a meal at a local family owned restaurant or local brewery, watch a Utah Jazz game, cheer on University of Utah Utes football team, walk around our beautiful Hogle Zoo or Tracy Aviary, attend a production at one of our performing art venues, stroll a museum, try ice skating, watch Mormon Tabernacle Choir performance, browse City Creek Mall or Temple Square; around Christmas time enjoy the tree lights, enjoy a day at Thanksgiving Point, visit Park City, the list is endless.
