Located on the second floor, the main living area boasts wooden accents throughout and a beautifully appointed, ski-themed open floor plan. Curl up by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace to stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or head over to the balcony for an entertaining barbecue with fantastic mountain views. Back inside, the home's kitchen will have your back when mealtime comes around. The first floor enjoys two well-appointed bedrooms (one of which has bunk beds) that share a full bathroom, while the third floor boasts a lofted sleeping area. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
