Less than 3min from the closest launch ramp for quick & easy access to the Colorado River, jetski rentals & restaurants, & less than 10min to Laughlin Casinos! Comfortably sleeps 12 & has a convertible pool/ping-pong table & backyard chess board for those competitive evenings after a day in the sun! WiFi, 58" SmartTV, queen-sized memory foam mattresses in each bedroom, stocked coffee bar! Master bedroom & game room each have daybeds that convert into king size beds for additional sleeping. Two full-sized bathrooms, 1 with a shower stall & 1 with a tub/shower combo. Large, fenced-in, backyard perfect for pets. Paved patio with seating to lounge or dining table for a meal while enjoying the outdoors. 📝 Rental Agreement is sent via email prior to your arrival, and must be signed prior to check-in. 🔒 Security deposit of 150 is required against any unforeseen mishaps, collected via CC prior to check-in. ✅ Booking must be paid in full, rental agreement signed, and security deposit collected in order to receive door code and check in instructions. Guest will not be permitted access to home without completion. 🏠 Long-term guests are warmly welcomed! 📞 Host is just a call, text, or message away. Communication is available from 8am to 9pm PST. 🐾 Pets are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. Pet fee of 100 per stay applies. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway, on the street, or on the dirt to the right of the driveway. Trailer, RV, Boat parking is acceptable in these areas as well. Please do not park on the gravel to the left of the driveway.

We also have plenty of available parking, with gravel available to the left and right of the paved driveway and street parking.
