Huge pool, BBQ grill, and a fire pit! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Busch Gardens, the Florida State Fairgrounds, the MidFlorida Amphitheater, and USF is this beautiful and private mother-in-law suite. Quickly get to anywhere in the city, including Downtown Tampa, Ybor, and Channelside. Equipped with all of the comforts and amenities needed to enjoy your home away from home.

Quiet and quaint neighborhood walking distance from restaurants, the Hillsborough River, and a park with a boat launch or fish right from the shore. The Hillsborough River does have Bay access. Busch Gardens is 1.9 miles away. USF is 2.5 miles away. Gaspar's Patio Bar and Grill - Walking distance.
