Come stay at our spacious new property, only 2.2 miles from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium! We are perfect for any University of Florida stay or Gainesville visit. Our home is a brand-new build with all new furniture, appliances, and amenities. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for cooking. We have 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The property is walking distance to Cypress & Grove brewing company. This trail is great for birding, hiking, and running, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. Only 2.5 miles from UF Shands Hospital. Walking distance to Cypress Grove Brewery & Publix!!
