We are Naples Florida Vacation Homes and we currently manage 30 properties in Naples, Florida. We love the sunny weather, as most of us have come from colder locations previously. At this unit, we love how close it is to the pool. We have heard from many guests that the pool in the community is fantastic and never packed. We are available 24/7 to assist our guests and would love to accommodate your stay!

Property information

The Genoa Golf Condo really stands out because it features brand new furnishings throughout the property. Over twenty thousand dollars have gone into the renovation, making this property look the best. The condo sits right on the golf courses, which makes for a fabulous morning coffee view. We are also only a 1 minute walk to the pool area, for some fun in the sun!

Neighbourhood information

Just a short 9 mile drive to Naples downtown 5th Avenue S and the wonderful beaches of Naples. The Genoa is also just 11 miles north of Marco Island. Golf, beach, shopping, dining, art enthusiasts alike are sure to make the most of their stay at our Genoa at the Lely Resort.
