This conveniently located two-bedroom condo in the Ghostriders complex is on the River Trail just steps from Main Street, Town Park, hiking, biking, skiing, and more. To enter this home, guests will climb two flights of stairs before entering via an exterior door. Inside, guests are welcomed into a large great room with a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, DVD player, and access to a balcony overlooking the San Miguel River. The balcony has a small propane grill and great views of the surrounding peaks and the river. The adjacent dining room has seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has updated granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, microwave, blender, and all of the utensils needed to complete any full meal. The Primary Bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.
