Hi! My name is Andrew and I enjoy hosting guests from all over the world. I'm married and have the joy of raising 4 kiddos just outside of downtown on a little acreage. I enjoy hanging with friends, meeting new people, exploring nature, listening to good music, and keeping enough room in the calendar for a spontaneous adventure!

Beautifully renovated early 1900's Victorian home with 4bd/4.5bath and a pool located 2 blocks from Magnolia and 3 mins to Baylor University. Each bedroom has a private en suite bath. The 4th bedroom is an isolated suite with its own private entry via the covered back porch. This suite is ideal for guests looking to hit the hay a little earlier than the rest or the couple that would enjoy sleeping in later than the rest of the group.

The neighborhood is a transitional neighborhood located between Downtown Waco and Baylor University. Over the past decade, the neighborhood has seen a lot of redevelopment efforts and with new builds and home renovations. The neighborhood lies in the urban core of Waco and is within walking distance to local shops, entertainment venues, and a dozen dining options. We have complimentary private parking at the rear of the property off of the alley with security lighting and cameras. In addition, street parking is available in the front of the home. Guests can enjoy the ease of walking to local attractions like Magnolia Market, The Backyard Grill, The Padgitt (coming to Waco 2024), and the convenience of a 3 minute drive to Baylor. The brand new Foster Pavilion is a 10 minute walk from the home. Sic'em Bears!
