Sitting under a wild orchid tree on Southard Street, you are a stone's throw from the magic and excitement of Duval and the historic seaport. Your serenity begins as you pass through the white picket gate and step foot on the lush grounds of this vibrant and picturesque estate. A blend of coastal decor and tropical-chic accoutrements captivate your bohemian soul. As you enter, take a cool respite in the parlor that offers plush seating, a Keurig machine, unlimited coffee k-cups, microwave, ice machine, and a filtered water cooler. You will also find extra towels and an area for storing luggage during your arrival or departure. Just off the pool area downstairs resides the coziest of our rooms, the GOLDEN NUGGET, with a luxurious queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and storage cabinet. The private bathroom is outfitted with a glass-door shower. The exquisite upper balcony and lower porch overlook a large, sparkling pool (heated in winter months) and beautifully landscaped garden deck. There is street parking only. You may park on the street in spaces not marked as residential. There are several non-residential spaces in the surrounding area. GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
