It has everything you need for a short term or long term stay and is perfectly located close to great restaurants, coffee shops, Downtown Buffalo, Buffalo International Airport (BUF), Niagara Falls and a great location to base yourself for a Buffalo Bills or Buffalo Sabres game. No matter what the reason is for your stay, you will love this property.

North Buffalo is a fantastic location in our fine city. The street is very quiet and located within walking distances to some wonderful dining opportunities. We are just about a mile walk to Hertel Ave. Just down the street (5 mins walk) on Kenmore Ave, is Sinatra's, one of the most popular Italian restaurants in the city. Franks makes some of the best gourmet hotdogs and Curries is a local favorite for a fantastic dinner.
Buffalo is located very close to our neighbors to the North, Canada. The Peace Bridge is just 12 mins away by car. Once in Canada, enjoy a day trip to beautiful Niagara on the Lake, or Toronto.
UBER and LYFT work well if you are without your own transportation. This home is located close to a bus line (200 meters away) should you care to use public transportation. The bus can take you to University of Buffalo at South Campus which has a stop on the metro rail. The train can take you to our waterfront to enjoy our fabulous Canalside and Naval Park. Also downtown, are the theater district and The Key Bank Center is where concerts and NHL hockey games take place.
