This quiet neighborhood is perfect for a cozy night at home cuddling up by the fire. You are also a short stroll away from Carmel’s boutique shopping, fantastic restaurants and white sand beach! Golf at some of the finest courses in the world are within a fifteen minute drive including Pebble Beach, Cypress, Spanish Bay, Spyglass Hill and Monterey Peninsula. The house is very close to downtown and the beach, so you should be able to walk to almost all local restaurants and shops. Have fun exploring all of the beautiful neighborhoods and alleyways in Carmel. Carmel has no streetlights so you may want to bring a small flashlight for walking around at night. Bring comfortable walking shoes as Carmel has hilly areas throughout town. We recommend that you look up weather forecasts for your visit so you pack accordingly. Being located on the coast, Carmel has cooler temperatures and most houses do not have AC. Yearly average temperatures range from 60-70's for daytime; 40-50's for evenings.
